Cross-Cultural Training
Our team facilitates personalized training programs aimed at settling employees and their families into their new surroundings with ease. Adapting to life in an unfamiliar location can take time, so we provide our client with the necessary skills to adapt to their new location in an effort to reduce the impact of a lack of cross-cultural understanding. It should be noted that the absence of cross-cultural understanding can influence the success of a client’s move and their effectiveness at work. The objective of our cultural training is to help you assimilate post-haste and work more productively with your diverse colleagues. The training will equip our clients with an understanding of the current cultural, social, economic and political ethos.
Cultural training can be done face-to-face or online, individually, as a family or as a group. Face-to-face training can be facilitated in the client’s residence, at the agency’s or host location.
